We do not offer returns or refunds on any order. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only in the following cases:

• Size issue: If the delivered saree has a size issue.

• Major damage: If the saree arrives with significant/heavy damage.

ExcExchange requests must be made within 3 working days after delivery. Requests made after 3 working days will not be accepted.hange Time

Exchange Conditions

• The customer must contact us within the exchange period.

• The saree must be unused and in its original condition.

• Exchange approval is subject to verification of the issue.

• Minor differences in color, fabric texture, or finishing are not considered damage.....
